Aalborg Kongres & Kultur Center’s box office is open for personal enquiries. The box office can assist you and provide advice when buying tickets or gift vouchers.

We use Ticketmaster as our ticket agent and therefore have the same policies regarding fees. All tickets are subject to a handling fee of DKK 25.00. Ticket prices that appear in advertisements, magazines and on akkc.dk are always quoted including fees.
If a performance is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded excluding the DKK 25.00 handling fee. In the event that tickets are requested to be sent by mail, a forwarding fee of DKK 25.00 will be charged.
As stated on the ticket, the price of the ticket will only be refunded in the event of cancellation. Other reasons, such as illness, etc., do not entitle you to a refund.
