Meeting packages

Aalborg Congress & Culture Center is one of the largest and most flexible congress and culture centers in the Nordic countries.

We offer a meeting package for use in connection with meetings and conferences, making it easy for you to organise a successful meeting. Prices are indicative, and you are always welcome to contact our Meeting and Congress department on tel. +45 9935 5555 or moka@akkc.dk for a non-binding offer.

Meeting package (2-240 people)

Throughout the day, various organic coffee types, tea, still and sparkling water, are served from a shared buffet in the foyer area. During breaks, there are additional refreshments such as juice, lemonade, soft drinks, green snacks, seasonal fruits, and sweet treats.

Additionally, the following is served:

Morning Refreshments
Various types of bread from our own bakery, baked with organic flour. Homemade jams, organic cheeses, cold cuts, warm liver pâté, and yogurt with homemade muesli.

Lunch
A delicious lunch with a variety of fish, green salads, various meat specialties from Danish farms, and cold cuts. There is also a selection of pickled accompaniments made from organic vegetables. A choice of one beverage, including homemade lemonade, iced tea, or a soft drink, is included. Lunch is served in the restaurant.

Afternoon Break
Homemade cake/sustainably baked bread/rolls for a light afternoon snack.

Meeting package (240-2415 PEOPLE)

A stylish meeting hall with modern AV equipment.

Throughout the day, organic coffee, tea, still and sparkling water, are served from a buffet outside the meeting hall.

Morning Refreshments
Morning catering consisting of a selection of different breads from our own bakery, baked with organic flour. Homemade jam with organic berries, 2 types of organic cheese from Arla Unika. Cured sausage from the butcher Slagter Holmberg (the cured sausage is prepared in collaboration with our chef and is served only at AKKC). Fresh organic fruits (whole). Served from a buffet outside the meeting room.

Morning Break
Green snacks and morning delights such as cinnamon buns or pastries with Belgian chocolate, yogurt with honey. Served from a buffet outside the meeting hall.

Lunch
A delicious lunch from Restaurant AKKC by MEST, including a variety of fish, green salads, various meat specialties from Danish farms, and cold cuts. There is also a selection of pickled accompaniments made from organic vegetables. A choice of one beverage, including soft drinks, organic Anton juice, or homemade lemonade, is included. Lunch is served in the restaurant.

Afternoon Break
In addition to coffee/tea, there is cake from our own bakery and healthy green snacks with dip. Served from a buffet outside the meeting hall.

AKKC is certified as sustainable according to both DNV GL's Sustainable Development Goals certification and the international standard ISO 20121 for sustainable events. Therefore, we incorporate sustainability into all of our processes.
