At AKKC, we have named our many rooms after Aalborg’s famous landmarks. 1.10 Tyren is named after The Cimbrian Bull, the statue that stands on Vesterbro, close to the city’s shopping streets. The statue was donated in memory of the old distillery that once stood where the bull stands today. The Cimbrian Bull symbolizes Aalborg’s strength, and therefore we naturally had to name one of our balconies after it.
