1.03 Flyveren is our largest room with a flat floor on Floor 1 of the building. The room is bright and has high ceilings – and it is equipped with a small stage at one end of the room, which is perfect for presentations, lectures, or anything else you want elevated.

1.03 Flyveren has a beautiful view of Kildeparken’s green nature and receives natural light from a large window section.

The room, with its flat floor, is extremely flexible and allows you to create the ideal table arrangement for your event. Therefore, the room is also perfect as both a meeting room, for lectures, or a party.

1.03 Flyveren has direct access to our open foyer area on Floor 1, where you can enjoy breaks in the lounge area. This is also where you will find our delicious buffet area. We know that a delicious food experience enhances the experience of a good meeting. Therefore, it is not only the brain that gets fed when you hold a meeting at AKKC. The taste buds also get an experience out of this world when Restaurant AKKC by MEST creates the most delicious dishes, cakes, bread, and snacks – of course, with focus on sustainability.

At AKKC, we have named our many rooms after Aalborg’s famous landmarks. Aalborg Airport is Denmark’s third-largest airport – but it has won the award for Denmark’s best airport three years in a row! Aalborg Airport brings both the world to Aalborg and Aalborg to the world, and we have dedicated 1.03 Flyveren to honor just that.

When can I access the room?

As a rule, you have access to your room whenever you need it. We just need to know the time so the room is perfectly prepared for your arrival.

Is it possible to have a technician present during the meeting?

All our rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors are equipped with AV and video conferencing equipment, which is programmed for you to operate yourself as a guest. However, it’s also possible to book a technician at a fixed hourly rate for the time you require.

Is help available at the start of the meeting, and can I request assistance during the meeting?

We are always available to assist our guests before, during, and after the meeting. This naturally applies to you when hosting an event in one of our rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.

If we’re not on-site, simply pick up the installed phone in the room, and you’ll be immediately connected with assistance.

What types of technical equipment are available in the rooms?

To ensure the best facilities for our guests, we have permanently installed AV and video conferencing equipment, which includes a large screen projector/screen or TV screen, video conferencing equipment, and microphones in our larger rooms. There is also free Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection to the speakers.

Is signage available?

Outside each room on the 1st and 2nd floors, there is an option for electronic signage with text or logos, and your event will also be displayed on our screens in the foyer.

Additionally, it’s possible to purchase exposure on other screens as well.

Where is the catering provided?

The catering location for your event depends primarily on the catering option you’ve chosen. If you’ve selected our meeting package, most of the catering will be served from our delicious buffet area on the 1st floor.

If you’ve customized your own catering, it will be served outside the room.

Furthermore, we’re always open to discussing alternative solutions if you have specific preferences.
