Aalborg Congress & Culture Center is one of the largest and most flexible congress and culture centers in the Nordic countries. We do, naturally, follow all current national guidelines and recommendations in relation to COVID-19.
It is still possible to hold meetings, courses and conferences in AKKC.
With a ground area of about 14,000 m2, a 2,200 m2 event-hall that is customizable in size, and a large foyer area of 1,286 m2 we can safely host all types of events during the COVID-19 pandemic. Besides the large event-hall, we offer a smaller hall of 580 m2 and 40 meeting rooms of different sizes with adjacent foyer areas.
See ground plans below.
With multiple entrances to AKKC’s main building and to the abovementioned event-halls, we can guarantee the required distance between our guests – while complying to governmental regulations. Thus, you can safely assume that we, at AKKC, account for all necessary measures so that you as organiser – and your guests – can feel perfectly safe during your stay.
Corona passport is required
You have to show a corona passport at the main entrance. You can use a negative test as documentation if the test has been performed within the last 72 hours. You can use vaccination in the corona passport 14 days after you first shot with COVID-19 vaccine. The second shot must be done before 42 days in order to maintain the corona passport. Lastly you can use documentation of previous infection. Your positive PCR-test must be completed within the last 14 days and up to 8 months after to be valid as documentation.
It is no longer required to use face masks in AKKC.
