Aalborg Congress & Culture Center is one of the largest and most flexible congress and culture centers in the Nordic countries. We do, naturally, follow all current national guidelines and recommendations in relation to COVID-19.
It is still possible to hold meetings, courses and conferences for up to 500 people in AKKC.
With a ground area of about 14,000 m2, a 2,200 m2 event-hall that is customizable in size, and a large foyer area of 1,286 m2 we can safely host all types of events during the COVID-19 pandemic. Besides the large event-hall, we offer a smaller hall of 580 m2 and 40 meeting rooms of different sizes with adjacent foyer areas.
See ground plans below.
With multiple entrances to AKKC’s main building and to the abovementioned event-halls, we can guarantee the required distance between our guests – while complying to governmental regulations. Thus, you can safely assume that we, at AKKC, account for all necessary measures so that you as organiser – and your guests – can feel perfectly safe during your stay.
Face masks are required
You have to wear face mask or shield when you walk around in AKKC, but you are allowed to take it off when you sit down. It is possible to buy face masks in the Information for DKK 5.00. If you have bought tickets for a show, you can get a face mask for free, when you arrive at AKKC.
Below is a collection of guidelines and initiatives that secures safety for everyone involved when conducting events in AKKC.
