The doors open at 4 PM, where it is possible to play board games presented by Spilforsyningen and Spilhylden. If you’re not into board games, you can always just have a chat over a cold beer or soda in the foyer.

The doors to the hall open at 6 PM, and everyone will be shown to their seats at the long tables. When you buy the ticket from home, you decide which of the evening’s two dishes you want – the vegan one or the one with meat.

The entertainment, which varies from event to event, typically begins at 7:30 PM and typically ends at 10 PM so everyone has a chance to go to bed at a decent time. Buuuuut the schedule can vary depending on the entertainment.
