At AKKC, we register and process personal data in connection with sales and marketing, planning, coordination, and execution of events. Additionally, we process personal data related to the daily operations of the center.

Why do we register personal data?

  • To comply with applicable laws, such as Danish accounting legislation

  • To ensure the necessary competencies for AKKC during recruitment processes

What data do we register, store, and process?

Sales and marketing of events

  • Contact information when subscribing to newsletters and customer clubs
  • Contact information for meeting inquiries
  • Contact information when purchasing tickets

We only store and process the aforementioned data with consent. You can always request to have your information deleted.

Planning, coordination, and execution of events

  • Contact details of key persons (e.g., name, email, and phone number)
  • Sensitive information (e.g., food allergies and other health-related details)

General personal data, such as name, email, and phone number, is deleted after a maximum of 5 years. Sensitive data is deleted after the event and is only accessible to staff who need the information for their work.

Daily operations of the center

  • Salary and personnel information
  • Personal data related to recruitment
  • User-generated data related to the operation of our website

Applications are stored only with consent, and applicants can always request their applications to be deleted.

Photo and Video Policy

We love capturing memories through photos and videos. As a result, photos and videos may be taken at some of our events. This means that as a guest, you might appear as part of the audience in the produced material. Read more here

Security and Disclosure

Sharing of Information
If personal data is processed or stored by third parties, AKKC has entered into a data processing agreement with them and/or obtained their policy on the handling of personal data and IT security.

Third parties are not allowed to use the information for purposes other than those instructed by AKKC. Third parties must ensure a high level of security and immediately notify AKKC in case of IT or data security breaches.

When signing up for newsletters or submitting meeting inquiries, individuals provide the information they wish to share, and they must accept our privacy policy. We only share your information if you have given us your consent.

General personal data is stored for a maximum of 5 years, while sensitive data is deleted after its intended use. We continuously evaluate and adjust our security measures.
