Picture or it didn’t happen
We love capturing our memories through photos and videos. Therefore, pictures and videos may be taken at some of our events.
This means that as a guest, you may appear as part of the audience in the produced material.
Since we also love sharing our great experiences, some of the material may be shared on AKKC’s platforms and used for marketing purposes, so we can offer you and other guests more wonderful experiences now and in the future.
We only use images that we believe everyone will be comfortable with.
We publish images based on the “legitimate interest” principle, which means that for each individual image we consider the following:
- The nature of the image
- Where and why it was taken
- The context in which it was taken
- The purpose of using the image
There will be signage at all events where photos or videos are taken. If you, as a guest, find yourself being filmed or photographed and do not want the material shared, please reach out to the photographer or contact us.
