AKKC’s
Policies

In collaboration with the law firm Vingaardshus A/S, we have established a whistleblower scheme.

You can use the whistleblower scheme if you wish to report illegal or questionable practices related to Aalborg Kongres & Kultur Center.

At AKKC, we register and process personal data in connection with sales and marketing, planning, coordination, and execution of events. Additionally, we process personal data related to the daily operations of the center.

AKKC aims to lead the event industry in sustainability efforts within the frameworks of people, the environment, and the economy, as well as within the regulatory boundaries we operate under.

With the ISO-20121 certification as a management system, all decision-making processes and purchases throughout the organization must always consider a balanced approach to the sustainability principles within people, the environment, and the economy.

We love capturing memories through photos and videos. As a result, photos and videos may be taken at some of our events. This means that as a guest, you might appear as part of the audience in the produced material.
