Information about COVID-19

Aalborg Congress & Culture Center is one of the largest and most flexible congress and culture centers in the Nordic countries. We do, naturally, follow all current national guidelines and recommendations in relation to COVID-19.

AKKC is closed

Due to the extended restrictions, AKKC will be closed until Wednesday 5 May. However, the corona test center and vaccine center is open.

You can still contact AKKC by phone on tel. +45 9935 5555 Monday to Friday at 9AM to 2PM. The ticket office can also be contacted by phone on tel. +45 9935 5566 Monday to Friday at 10AM to 2PM.

COVID-19 test in AKKC

Even though AKKC is closed, we are still open for the corona test center. You can keep yourself updated and book a test on Make sure to show up as close to your appoinment as possible. The entrance to the test center is on the parking lot behind Hotel Scandic. Remember face mask and health card. There is 1 hour free parking in the light green marked areas.

COVID-19 vaccine

AKKC is vaccine center on selected dates. Note that you must have received a letter from the National Board of Health with an offer of vaccination to be able to book an appointment. Book here:

Face masks is required 

When you arrive at AKKC and move around in common areas and the restaurant, you must wear a face mask/visor. A face mask/visor must be taken off when you sit down in the meeting room/restaurant, but it must be worn in all other situations.

It is possible to buy face masks in AKKC's Information in the lobby - DKK 5.00 per PCS. if you do not bring these yourself. However, ticket buyers for cultural performances are given face masks for free if they have not brought their own.
