The  facilities available offer flexible space for whatever type of event you are planning; whether you simply need one boardroom or a large plenary with smaller breakouts.

The major congresses are held in Aalborghallen. The hall is extremely versatile and can be adapted to suit the number of congress attendees.

Europahallen is suitable for slightly smaller congresses.

Both halls are high-ceilinged, and the spacious foyers with natural daylight are ideal for coffee breaks, buffet lunches, exhibtions and other functions. The foyers complement events in the main halls.

From both foyers there is access the beautiful park, Kildeparken, which is suitable for walks and talks.

In addition to the perfect settings for congresses, our staff is available to assist you organize the entire congress from start to finish.

Inspiration and advice
